KC & Jeff Lovell, Four Wall Farmers
KC is the owner , principle grower, recipe creator, and chef of Jeff's heart.
Jeff is the systems manager, muscles, and moral support. When not wearing his coveralls and cape, he has an alternate identity in the information technologies field as a network administrator.
How Did It Start?
Four Wall Farm is a COVID miracle. An unexpected layoff created the opportunity to reinvent the world, and two loves were combined: growing, and food. Knowing next to nothing about mushrooms, other than loving to eat them, KC started reading,,,,and researching, and attending youtube classes. The most interesting thing she has learned is that she has so much more to learn!
